Joe Biden's new book will make you nostalgic for simpler times

We might not have the joy that is Joe Biden and his White House bromance with Obama anymore, but the former vice president is gracing us with a book and speaking tour in a few short months.

Biden’s book, Promise Me, Dad: A Year of Hope, Hardship, and Purpose, is set for release in November.

To whip up some anticipation, Biden tweeted out a glimpse of what the memoir will look like — front and back — on Thursday.

The book chronicles the year that he lost his son, Beau, to brain cancer and how the veep balanced his duties while in public office.  Read more…
